All personal information such as sizing, color, scent and food preferences can be upated by visiting this link to your account http://www.thesaltbox.ca/account. Here you can access your information and make changes to any preferences as needed.
Payments
Well, we hope you love your box so much that it becomes a staple and you never want to leave us! But should you choose to cancel for any reason, there is no long term committment and you are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Simply follow the link and fill out the cancellation form.
You can also choose to pause your subscription and skip a box so that you don't loose your subscription membership place given subscritpion boxes are limited. Simply follow this link http://www.thesaltbox.ca/account and fill out the form to skip the next month
Cancellations must me competed at least 14 days prior to the next scheduled payment date to cancel or suspend the next box. Payments come out on the 1st of the month in January, March, May, July, September and Novemeber. Any cancellations or suspensions made after the cutoff date will cancel/suspend the following box.
In order to receive an upcoming box, you will need to have your subscription order paid before the 1st of the month a subscription box is scheduled. Subscription boxes are sent 6 times a year: January, March, May, July, September and November.
There is also a seperate additional Holiday Box released in December that is not part of the subscription box membership and will be available for anyone to purchase. Details on the sign up, launch, cutoff and shipping dates will be updated as the time approaches.
YES! You can pause a month of your subscription and still keep your subscription membership place by logging into your account settings here.

Returns
All Saltbox items and products are final sale, and once an order has been placed we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges. What is so great about the Saltbox Subscription and products is that if you happen to receive something that isn't quite right for you, I'm willing to bet it would make an incredible gift for someone else in your life!
Of course! If a product arrives damaged in your Saltbox, you have 21 days to claim a replacement if applicable from the date it was received. Simply contact us at info@thesaltbox.ca. Include a description of the item's damage and a picture(s) so that we are aware of the damage from shipping.
Shipping
YES! If you live in St. John's, Mount Pearl, Paradise, Conception Bay South, Torbay, Outer Cove or Middle Cove, and want to pick up your box you have options! You can choose to pick up your box and eliminate the shipping cost entirely or you can have your box deliereved for a small fee of $5. Shipping anywhere else across Canada is a flat rate of $12.95.
Boxes will be shipped by the 15th of the scheduled month. You will receive an email to confirm when boxes are are packaged and ready to go! If you chose delievery or pickup, there will be a link in your email to schedule a time for the option you chose.
Right now, we only ship to Canada. In the future this might change, however due to associated shipping costs, tarrifs etc, Canadian's are who we currently ship to.
